First Release of LISA

Lunchtime Recreation

C’mon, we all know that Susan “don’t tell my husband” Campbell isn’t as prim and proper as she lets on. I bet the woman is just a seething cauldron of horny wetness and heat, if you can just get her to admit to it. Am I right?

The first release of “Lisa Unwound” is now available. The free (PG-rated) game is available at the URL below:

     https://www.fuguetales.com/rel/lisa/lisa.html

It’s simple HTML and javascript, like most of my games — so you don’t have to install ren’py or anything, all you need is a web browser. This is the PG-rated version of this release. For now (see next paragraph for what’s coming), I’ll post the link for the R-rated (uncensored) version for 10$ and above supporters; and I’ll post the link for the downloadable version for 20$ supporters. In a few days, I’ll post the cheat notes (how to complete the level for Susan Campbell, including how to reach the Easter egg) for 10$ and above supporters. A few days later, I’ll specially post the cheat notes for free for everyone.

Going forward, I’m going to revise the support tiers slightly. I’m also going to simplify their names to just “bronze” (5$), “silver” (10$), and “gold” (20$) tiers.

I’m slightly revising tier rewards so that bronze (5$) supporters will have access to the R-rated and the (when there is one) unrated versions of the game. (So yes, I’m halving the price for that bonus.) Silver (10$) supporters will have access to each release’s cheat notes that will walk you through how to complete each level and how to find any Easter eggs. Gold (20$) supporters will receive links to downloadable versions for each release, as well as earning a place in the credits list.

For the first two or three releases only, I’m going to make the cheat notes specially-available for free, so everyone can get a taste of what the cheat notes look like and how they can help. After that, they’ll be for silver (10$) and above supporters.

This is the first of several releases — think of each release as a new “chapter” to play in the game. I anticipate a new release every two or three update cycles (so every few weeks).

You can probably spot a number of places that I’ll expand with a later release, but for now the NPC doesn’t do much except get more irritated at Diggler, no matter what you do. I’ll get those fleshed out with time.

Hope you enjoy!

Live well,
Fugue

Getting closer

Julie-Lilly

Just a quick mention that first release is getting closer for “Lisa Unwound”.

The attached image is of a character, Julie-Lilly that traces back to “Symposium,” a relatively flat-chested lady that really wanted larger breasts and finally got them, through the magic of another character, Awesome Powers (he’ll also make appearances in “Lisa Unwound” in future releases).

Well, I’ll eventually need a character with large breasts for some of the plot arcs, so I brought Julie-Lilly forward into “Lisa Unwound.” She sometimes also goes by “Mistitted” since she starts off such a lightweight, breastally-speaking.

All the other meangirls (yes, just one word) used to laugh and call her names. They never let poor Mistitted join in any meangirl games.

We don’t get to see her bloom in this first release, but we do get to meet her again, and she will bloom in an upcoming release.

Live well,
Wolfgang Fugue

Getting close on ‘Lisa Unwound’

It’s a Halloweenish release, but it won’t be on Halloween day. I’ve got a couple dozen more images to doodle, a buttload of testing to do, and some percentage chances to fine tune.

So, it’ll be soon — next couple weeks or so. I don’t want the first release to be buggy (at least to the extent that I can hunt down and pre-exterminate bugs).

My plan for “Lisa Unwound” is for (many) multiple releases. I’m going to try a new release every few weeks to add more story to the game. I’ll let you guys know where the new added story parts are with each release (and in the “notes/cheats” for supporters, I’ll have specific details on how to hit all the parts of the release, including any Easter eggs).

Speaking of which. the two MILFs-in-costumes attached will actually not be in the first release. They are the two actresses auditioning for the role of “Moose’s mom,” and they will be joining us two or three releases from now (though we DO meet Moose in this first release).

Until next time, live well,
Wolfgang

Coming together

Everything is still coming together for a Halloweenish release of “Lisa Unwound”. After that, I’m figuring a new release every 1-3 months, one for each new “chapter” completed of the game.

I also plan a parallel set of “Notes” releases, one for each game release, to act as sort of a “travel guide” for each new version of the game, with strategies to complete levels, hints on Easter eggs, etc. These will eventually be for supporters (hey, they give away all the secrets to each version of the game!), though the first two or three will be free for everyone, so you can see what the notes look like and how they can help you play all the parts of the game.

I’m figuring to also lower the cost for the uncensored version down to the 5$ tier for this game.

That’s about it on this front, other than the fact that Thelonius keeps running off with my mouse– ehr, that is, running off with Dr Diggler’s mouse. And then Dr Diggler — Dr Diggler, not me, since I’m not in the game with Thelonius, and he’s not in the real world with me — Diggler has to go find the lost mouse.

Ah, the travails of having fictional characters that can’t remember that they’re just fictional …

Until next time, live well,
Wolfgang

More ideas than will fit in a single release

by Fugue on September 16, 2025 at 6:02 pm

a typical Diggler day

Work is progressing well with the new “Lisa Unwound” game. We’re still on target for a Halloween-ish release of version 1. Or I guess that would be version 2 since the original release a few years back (that this game is an expansion of) would sort of be version 1.

I’ll figure out the “proper” number for each version before the end of October. Regardless, this updated expansion will have multiple versions. I have a few too many story arcs I want to include to make you guys wait until I get them all done for a single version.

I’ve pondered the question in years past: how do you avoid having monumental releases that take 2, 3, 5 years or more to complete? What’s the best way to release partial versions along the way, so that people can be playing and enjoying them before everything is finally finished?

I’ll talk more about it next time, but I’m thinking that we can make clean versions by saying, you get this character to this stage, and that character to that stage, and that’s version/release N. Both characters have more they can do, but that will be in version/release N+1. If we’re clear about what stage each character can get to in version N — I think that will be a clean way to do partial interim releases, to have fun with the game all along the way, instead of waiting for one huge finish at the end..

Until next time, live well,
Wolfgang
