I thought I’d share some doodles while I practice with the Patreon plugin a little more.
The first two images, of the pretty lady with the green and orange background, are actually test sketches of a character that will show up in Aftermarket issue 2 — a bright young lady named Katie with hopes and dreams but no clue that she’s about to become a compromised pawn in some nasty players’ conspiracy games …
The other three are random doodles. I try to keep a number of spare doodles around at all times — that way when I need a new character in a story, I can go “audition” candidates from the doodle-pool. Even if you’re doing a plaintext story, it helps to have an idea what your characters look like.
